Crossroads of choice (video)
+ Video transcript
Crossroads - Because the start is often all it takes to move forward.
I wanted to explore it further by saying, you are at fork in the road right now, even listening to this and you'll be at another one tomorrow and the day after the day after.
There is a choice for you to make change because you have that agitation in your stomach and the choice is the decisions that we make each and every day.
Because no one is perfect and no one is finished we all have change.
That agitation in you is about your relationships... your family...your health...your kids or the general path you're on. That agitation might be because you've lied to yourself for so long that everything is fine and you will make changes tomorrow but you never do.
So my question to you when is the last time you sat down and explored all of the things that you'd like to change in your life. When is the last time you sat down and faced it and owned it versus being a consumer of life and having things thrown at you all of the time.
Because start and change begins with us being honest and aware, see no one can do this for us, no one can make it happen.
The power and choice to begin sits with us.
The sooner you believe that the sooner you make progress that agitation will be gone, the change doesn't have to be dramatic at the start but it does have to be something, so you realise you're making progress, you're moving forward.
So this week start by exploring and writing down what matters to you.
What you need to survive or thrive.
What is the story you want to create for the next 6 months.
What are the characteristics you want to live by.
And then I want you to ask yourself.
What permission am I waiting for to start making these changes, these changes that will lead me closer to the life I want to lead and when your answer yourself "I'm not waiting for permission, I do not need permission."
Then begin making those changes in your life.
Till then, be safe, be well. If you need anything at all you know where to find me.
Bye for now. πβ‘π
