Is it the employer's role to enable happiness for employees?

Digging into a report from Axios which surveyed 5,026 working U.S. adults between 21 March to 12 April 2022.

If you said that you believe people want “fair pay” you were in the majority of thinking. 33% of people thought that “fair pay” was the most important thing. Flexibility came in second at 16%.

The results below are what those same people said is what actually matters to them:
Energised 18%
Belonging 16%
Trust 10%
Achievement 10%
Paid Fairly 8%

People actually want happiness in their job?! WOW (mind blown)
